Rob is an engineering director who helps engineering teams imagine and create innovative and safe products by facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration and encouraging out-of-the-box thinking. Each person is unique, and being able to capture their individual ideas and blend them together into a single innovative design is an essential skill.
In his nearly 19-year professional career, Rob has progressed from an entry-level mechanical designer to a seasoned director of multidisciplinary teams including engineers, machinists, fabricators, technicians, sales representatives, and finance personnel. Rob is especially efficient at solving problems when resources are limited and the design constraints are narrow. Being able to connect with so many people in different cultures has helped Rob grow intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. Rob is excited to bring his unique experience to Triplicity to support the intelligence community while also expanding his experience into a new area.
